About

About Nail Seyidov: A builder who teaches building.

I’m Nail Seyidov — founder and director of NS Studio and a startup mentor. I was born in Nakhchivan in 1996. The road I started in 2017 with “Saytweb Studio” is NS Studio today.

I see both the technology and the business side. I work with startup founders at SUP.VC, INNOLAND, ASAN Volunteers, PASHA Hackathon and the hackathons of the Ministry of Youth and Sports: however good an idea is, it won’t work unless it’s built at the right size.

Thoughts

Three lines from the blog.

From what I wrote in 2020–2021 — and I still think the same today.

Outside work

Balance is work too.

Each one teaches something that carries into work.

  • Reading

Finding in one book the experience someone else gained over years.

  • Cycling

On a long road, rhythm wins, not speed. Business is the same.

  • Bowling

Every throw is a new attempt: look at the result, fix the angle, throw again.

  • Video games

A good game teaches without a manual. A good product should too.
